USAID CATALYZE contributes to the growing the USAID PSE Hub Partners Network and crowds in new partners through CATALYZE’s blended finance activities in frontier markets and social sectors, and thereby increase PSE Hub projects’ access to niche technical and financial expertise. CATALYZE will also publish a pipeline of upcoming solicitations for this network, and other potential partners to bid on the Procurement Forecast page.

CATALYZE is focused on building a sustainable supply of private capital, channeling it into high impact local firms, and ensuring a conducive investment environment. We view this as a systemic approach, in which the five elements listed below work together to positively influence the efficacy of each financial transaction.
